What counts as a "contact"?
A "contact" is when you unlock a candidate's contact information (email, phone, WhatsApp) or send them a direct message through our platform. Viewing profiles and saving candidates doesn't count toward your contact limit.
Do unused contacts roll over?
Currently, unused contacts don't roll over to the next month. Your contact allowance resets at the beginning of each billing cycle. Enterprise customers can negotiate custom terms.
